Joe Aldridge
David Knotts’ passion and focus is ADR. He has mediated or arbitrated over 400 disputes, including injury claims, insurance disputes, professional malpractice, construction defect claims, commercial disputes, employment related claims, property damage claims, losses due to fire, explosions, and water damage, and claims involving nursing homes, governmental entities, and Native American tribes. Dave conducts sessions in person and via zoom throughout Idaho, and in all the neighboring jurisdictions (Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming and Montana). He is a panelist with the American Arbitration Association, Resolute Systems, and the State of Idaho Office of Administrative Hearings.
An application for 1.00 CLE hour in ethics has been submitted to the Idaho State Bar.
